Infamous Review - By Ryuk (Pgn Dev)
Presentation: 4.5
The first thing you'll notice when you pop into infamous is how unique the game really is, instead of starting out in an unknown world you know nothing about. they chose to wipe it all out (Literally) and have you build it back up. and the way you build it up really Based on how your Karma Structure is. If your bad, the place will look Broken and UN-loved. On the other hand if your good, The place will look rebuilt and Clean.
Graphics: 5
Some of the Best looking graphics Ive ever seen in a free roam game. Though it still uses the "FOG" Technique, its Barely noticed. The Lightning looks good when your on the good side, Though in My opinion looks more like some sort of Star wars Force Choke when your on the bad side. The Enemies could use more Randomization to make it look like your not seeing the same enemy over and over, but does add to the whole gang Atmosphere.
Gameplay: 5
The game play in this game does Repeat Quite alot, and you'll soon get bored of the once amazing climbing techniques of Cole McGrath. The game still keeps you running to the next mission point. When you get further in you start seeing some of the best missions i think are in the game, Like "Aldens Rampage" Which is Basically a fight Godzilla esk Mission.
The Controls are very easy to learn, and Quick i might add. and with the large list of unlockables, you never seem to start trying to get more Exp for more Powers.
Replay ability: 4.5
The game has a 50% chance of you playing it again. Either you want to see what is like to bad (or good) or you don't. and i really couldn't bring myself to try out evil after i had beaten the game as Good, Though one thing that made me come back was to see how big the missions change if you were good or evil. and too my surprise they changed so much, it felt like i was playing a whole different game
